♦️she set an Olympic RECORD with her combined weight total of 224 kilograms across two successful lifts 🥇🥇
♦️ She is currently an Airwoman Sargeant, part of the Philippine Air Force. After her 2016 Rio Olympics victory, Diaz was given another promotion to Airwoman first class✈️
♦️ This is her 4th straight Olympics, her first at 14 years old in the 2008 Beijing Games, as the youngest in the delegation🙌🏼
♦️She owns two businesses, including a healthy snack venture called Komida Foods. She aims to make healthy food available and affordable to everyone, especially athletes and fitness enthusiasts 🍽
♦️ She is a student-athlete. After the 2016 Rio Olympics, she studied business management at College of St. Benilde in Manila the following year
